Update on travel from the Travelolo Team:


As you may already know, global travel restrictions are currently in place for certain countries and we continue to monitor the situation whilst at the same time serving our clients with their bookings. We will be more than happy to assist you in your travel needs.

 

New Bookings 

We are taking new bookings for customers to travel and our team of travel experts are working diligently with our airline and resort partners so as to meet our thorough requirements for the implementation of increased hygiene, safety and social distancing practice. We’re also following FCO advice closely, so that we can provide you with the most up to date information with regards to your travel options from the UK.

 

Travelolo Flexible Booking 

We understand that these are uncertain times in the current climate and therefore we are offering you greater flexibly, so that you are still able to book a holiday with the confidence of knowing you’re in safe hands should any changes occur. Our travel experts will be here to help you, whether you need to change dates or choose a different destination. Here is what you can expect from our new flexible terms*:

 

  • Up to 21 days before departure, you can amend your holiday free of charge
  • The option to postpone your holiday to a later date**
  • The option to transfer your deposit to another holiday booking, including to a different destination
  • Should you require a name change on your booking, will can provide this free of charge, where also permitted by your booked airline
  • In the event that you are unable to confirm new travel dates, you have the option to cancel your holiday in return for a credit for all payments made towards a future booking
  • Delayed balance payments subject to airline ticketing deadlines and accommodation booking terms***
  • Should your holiday get cancelled, we will provide the option of a Refund Credit Note, re-booking or refund****

 

Terms and conditions can change depending on the particulars of your holiday - All airlines vary in offering flexibility. Our travel experts are here to walk you through the options that best suit your needs. We have a number of partners who allow changes right up until the day of departure and these options will be passed on to you during the booking process. 

 

If you book your holiday 12 weeks before your departure date, you will be able to safeguard  your holiday with a £99pp deposit, with the added option of paying off your remaining balance in one installment or in as many instalments as you require.

 

On a final note, you will be pleased to know that your holiday booking with us will be protected by our TTA & ATOL bonding, ensuring your money is safe.

 

*applicable to holidays booked between 01st October 2020 to 31th December 2020 where our Flexible Booking Promise has been confirmed at time of booking. Please note that in order to lock in the best prices for your holiday we may offer non-flexible, non-refund able options which will be explained at the time of booking.

***balances remain payable as per our standard terms and conditions. However, should you require a deferral on your balance payment due to illness or amendments in Government advice pertaining to your booked destination, we ask that you contact us to discuss the option to defer your balance in line with airline and accommodation terms of booking.

 

****subject to the conditions imposed by suppliers. Any non-flexible or non-refundable elements of your holiday will be confirmed to you at the time of booking by one of our Travel Experts.
