Kemer is a purpose-built resort 35km southwest of Antalya. What it lacks in local flavour it more than makes up for in its tourist amenities. It is full of beautiful hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs.
Kemer is a purpose-built resort 35km
southwest of Antalya. What it lacks in local flavour it
more than makes up for in its tourist amenities. It is full of beautiful
hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs.
It may not have a rich history but it
does have a stunning setting. This small seaside town is found in a forested
valley surrounded by the Taurus Mountains. It boasts bays and coves and a
lovely marina.
As there is not a huge amount to see
and do in the resort the surrounding areas are very accessible as transport
possibilities abound with numerous taxis, mini buses, coaches and privately
hired cars available.
Kemer is an ideal resort for those that
want to swim, sunbathe and relax – the perfect combination for a memorable
family holiday.
Situated on Turkey’s Mediterranean
coastline, Kemer enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate with mild winters and
hot summers.
